  So peaceful and comfortable. Property is well maintained. Very spacious. We had an incredible view. Very short and easy drive to downtown. Would absolutely stay again.

  We had a great stay at Heart of the Smokies. The cabin was great for our family vacation giving every family their own room and bathroom. The cabin was very clean and just 10 minutes into the heart of the city. There is a grocery store and restaurants and shops nearby as well as trolley stops (park and ride into town as parking is a nightmare). We had an issue with the coffeepot the first morning and they had a new one to us in a couple hours. The pool table area was a nice second living space and the two decks gave extra room too. The couch needs replaced (broken down and stained) and the hot tub cover desperately needs replaced (nearly impossible to get on and off) but the hot tub itself was clean and in great shape. Plenty of extra blankets, smart tv, and games in the closet.

  Very nice and clean cabin. The view from the upper deck was spectacular. Perfect for six adults to have a relaxing trip to the smokies. Plenty of room to park you vehicle outside.

  This company is amazing! They answer messages and the phone even off hours. We loved our cabin and loved the customer service also! We stay at many places, and this is by far one of the best! We will definitely use you all again!

  Fantastic views, pool table, Hot Tub, elegantly furnished located just 7 mins from downtown G'burg! Reservation ID #430636 We had a great stay at the “Heart of the Smokies” cabin. The location was great. Just far enough away from “downtown” Gatlinburg, an easy 10 minute drive. The pictures are spot on. Mountain View are what we had hoped for. We spent a week in this cabin, there were 4 adults, our 10-year-old grandson and our daughters dog. The 3 bedrooms were great, each with their own en-suite bathroom. This is a dog friendly cabin and it was extremely well maintained. We weren’t sure how it would be based on the fact that they allows dogs but we were thrilled with the cleanliness of the property. We did have a few “bugs” the morning after we checked in but we reached out to the management company and they were there spraying the next day, which took care of the problem. Not complaining about the bugs because you are in the mountains and that is to be expected. Management response was excellent and that’s what is important. This was a great place to stay and was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely go back.

  This was very close to Gatlinburg in a beautiful location. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and two children. There was a grocery store down the road that was very convenient. The bedrooms each had a bathroom which gave each of us our own privacy. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The hit tub was a hit with my daughter's and family. I would definitely stay here again. My daughter got married at the Chapel at the Park which was just down the road from the home. I asked many questions and communicated back and forth with the contact person and they always answered quickly and were very helpful. This was a great place to stay.

  This property was just so we were looking for!!! So relaxing with everything we needed for five days. Plenty of room for 10 comfortably. My only request would be to add a map of the property so people know where the pool is it’s a short drive or a long walk with many uphills :) thank you for an amazing vacation

  Great place to stay with family for mountain vacation! Very roomy for 3 couples, a toddler, and two dogs. WiFi and TVs worked great. Very clean. Close to restaurants and activities. Pleased with our stay here

  The cabin is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. I had 7 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room and could of fit more people in the cabin with us. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice place to stay.

  This was a great place to stay. We chose the cabin for it’s wonderful view over others that were perhaps more convenient for accessing downtown Gatlinburg. We drove up and down the mountain everyday for different adventures and because of it’s location, we found alternate routes that added a few miles to the trip but keep us out of the big traffic issues. 3 adult couples…very happy with our stay. Thank you.

  This property has a beautiful view of the Smokies! Rocking chairs on the porch and a large combined living room and dining room allowed our whole family to visit comfortably. 5 adult siblings celebrating with Mom for her 84th birthday and had a lovely time! Only downside was that it ended! The layout provides ample privacy with plenty of gathering space. Wonderful experience with the booking, at first I thought it was too simple, I must have done something wrong! But everything was perfect!! Thank you!!!

  We had a great time staying at the heart of the smokies. It was a great view and close to downtown. I wish there was a little more grass for our dog but we made it work. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin.

  This place has a 5 Star rating for my family & I! Since I picked the place out everyone was impressed of my good job, lol. The pics online are exactly what you get. What convinced me to rent was the back porch view, for my father. Also the coziness of living RM. Once there, thought the decor was very tastefully done. Loved the little alcove/ sitting area downstairs. All of us had fun playing pool. Thoroughly pleased & enjoyed our stay. Also didn't hurt that my father could drive down mountain to around the corner to the local grocery and McDonald's when needed. 😁

  This is by far the most convenient place we’ve stayed. Takes about 10 minutes to get into Gatlinburg and parking was easy at the first parking garage in town on your left. Outside of hustle and bustle. Quiet neighborhood and the upper level deck has a great mountain view. The home is well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped also. Enough room for 3 vehicles to park. We would rent this home again. Several bears came through while we were there also. We were lucky enough to see a momma and her 3 cubs.

  Very clean, beautiful home, comfortable beds in all rooms. Only 10 mins from downtown. Water pressure was awesome in the showers. We enjoyed it. Only thing that was hard was taking our dog out to potty there is really no where for them to go besides the ditch. Other then that the description was spot on. We loved it. Even seen a few bears that was pretty cool

  This place is absolutely breathtaking. The owner was amazing he personally came to great me and made me feel welcomed and even listened to my concerns about my BF that ditched me but that’s another story. The AC went out in part of the cabin before my arrival and he informed me right away...he even offered to refund me all the money. However he did his best to accommodate me and I appreciate him for that. He seems like a God-fearing man and people like that are hard to come by. With that being said I’d stay again and looking to go in October so Mark if you can see this and have a four bdrm contact me; I like to stay with the same owner(s) when I travel especially if they are anything like you.

  This was a really nice cabin and met all our needs. There was space for all 8 of us plus our dog. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table and especially the upper level deck. We knew there were other cabins close but there were a bunch of them on both sides and below, but this wasn't a problem. Close enough to gatlinburg and a grocery. The only issues were the king bed downstairs and the upper bunk bed had terrible mattresses. My grandson slept on the couch bc the bunk was so bad. Other than having to bring extra paper products (only 3 days supplied) and the mattress issue, this was a very nice place. The view was amazing.

  The cabin was excellent! Smart layout, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The listing was very accurate, and the view was exactly as shown. The only thing surprising was that it was in a row development. The ad was not deceptive; it was just something we did not realize. It posed no problems, really (no loud neighbors, parties, etc., and the cabin was pretty soundproof). Everyone at Diamond was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The added benefit is that you're still very close to all of the action, but feel like you're tucked away in the mountains (although there are other cabins surrounding- the noise was not bad). The management company was extremely responsive and flexible with us and our last minute booking. The cabin looks even nicer and newer than the photos on the listing.

  Large bedrooms. Very clean. Comfy beds. 5 minute drive into downtown Gatlinburg. One bedroom upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs. Only room for max of 3 vehicles w/parking. Would be difficult to navigate the steep hill if it snowed. The view was beautiful, but there are houses right below/in front of the deck. Other cabins are immediatley next door to you, could hear neighbors hot tub conversation. Definitely would stay again

  We had a wonderful stay at this location! There was ample room for 3 families to sleep and relax. The dining table sat 10 and was perfect for our Christmas dinner. Property was clean and in an excellent location...the view was amazing and we were minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Other reviews refer to the neighbors being too close but it was not an issue! Would recommend 100%.

  The property is located in a nice neighborhood just outside of Gatlinburg with easy access by car (less than 10 min) to city center with all the attractions. You can also get to the National Park entrances in less than 20 min, which was great for the hikes and trails we took during our stay. The cabin itself had plenty of space to accommodate our family (7 adults and 2 toddlers), and was great for family dinners and hanging between activities. Note that this is not a secluded cabin, but it is part of a neighborhood where you are close to other cabins. We had some issues the first night with noise after hours, but other than that, it was just fine. The views from the double deck porch was wonderful as well!

  We loved our stay. Two decks were awesome. Every bedroom opened to the deck. House was on the highest road, so the view was unobstructed. We highly recommend!

  I have stayed in several cabins in Gatlinburg, and I loved this cabin. It has a beautiful view, I found the decks and decor very relaxing. The property manager left great directions. I loved not having to drive too far to get places, or get grocery’s. It has a secluded feel, but it’s comforting at night, not to actually be too secluded. Hot Tub was fantastic!

  This is a fantastic cabin. Photo's does not do it justice. From the incredible views to all the creature comforts this cabin offers is excellent. From the rockers on the deck to the hot tub and all the flat screen TV's for everyone in our group's enyoyment. We will be back
