  We enjoyed our stay at Chalet Village in the Gatlinburg area. On one of the nights, we even saw a black bear. Some may not think that a big deal but we did. It added to the overall loveliness of our stay. When we walked into the condominium, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness. I could smell it. Oh, how pleasant!!! Our beds were comfortable, the view was gorgeous, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you!!!

  Beautiful property in a cute community on top of the mountain! Can’t believe it was snowing up there in April! It was pretty to look at, but not fun for me to drive in 😂

  We recently stayed for a three night trip. I did like the location of the condo. It was under 15 minutes to Gatlinburg (less miles but lots of windy roads /hills). And similar time for other direction to Pigeon Forge. Not having come to this area previously, the windy roads up the mountain to get to the location were very adventurous! This is not a negative to this condo because that is the case with most of the rentals. I did think the condo was worth the price. Keep in mind this is an older condo and while it was very clean, it is not brand new. It was nice to have the linens and the towels available. We did not use a lot of the other amenities because we were only there a few nights and ordered food versus cooking. The hot tub was a short walk from the front door. There are two hot tubs and a pool. We were there out of season for the pool but the hot tubs were very nice and clean. The condo is located in a very beautiful area. You can see the mountains from the condo and there is also some outside areas for pictures. On the main floor the master with the bathroom was perfect for my two teenage girls. I stayed in the other room with a queen and had a bathroom right outside. My nine year old slept in the loft and there was also a trundle bed in there should we have needed more room. My nine-year-old loved that the loft was open to the living room. It made it less scary for him to go to bed at night in a new spot. This was a great spot for the four of us. While the living room area and kitchen were smaller, we did not need much more accommodation. I was also surprised to learn that there were food delivery options to our location. But also was nice when getting back from busy days. The WiFi Was spotty but this is not a negative for the owners of the condo. It is managed by the association. Check in and out was a breeze.

  I took my family for about a week vacation in Gatlinburg and this was a nice place to stay for the 5 of us. Check in was simple, I just got a text with the door code and we got right in. It was clean and had enough towels and dishes for us. The wi-fi and TV worked fine and we didn't have any problems. We went to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountain National Park and it wasn't a very long drive to any of them. 2 things to make sure you know. It is a 3rd floor walk up, so you will be carrying your bags up and down stairs. Also it is pretty much at the top of the mountain, so make sure you are good with driving up and down winding mountain roads. Bonus points to the host for mailing my wife's hair drier and make up to us after we got home and realized we had forgotten them.

  I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this condo! The only thing I must say is that VRBO needs to be a little bit more aware of what the condo has to offer. I was told there was no WiFi and when I arrived there was. Just to be sure definitely check with the rental property to be sure of what they have to offer. Other than that our stay was perfect and very much so enjoyed!

  The property was clean and easy to find. Everything was wonderful. TV didn't really work (or we didn't figure it out) but we didn't need it. Cell service up there is non-existent but that's not the property's fault. I wish they'd included a little more silverware & dinner/glassware for the number of people we had but it worked out OK.

  We did get to see a bear! The unit was nice and we couldn't hear the neighbors from inside our unit. The pool area actually had two hot tubs and a sauna, so better than expected. Unfortunately, starting around 7pm each night, the pool area would fill up with party people and loud music and I was uncomfortable taking our kids to the pool in the evenings. Additionally, it would become impossible to get parking anywhere near our building if we left to do things elsewhere during the evening. I can only assume that guests were inviting folks in from other places to party. I'd stay here again, but not during peak travel.

  Property was as advertised...we found it to be clean upon arrival...kitchen was pretty well stocked if you intend to do some cooking...property manager was easily reached and check in was very simple as they have a key pad lock on door so no worries with a key..will definitely stay again

  The condo was very clean!! A bit dated in the kitchen.. but spacious and very comfortable. We had some rainy days during our stay, so we spent a fair amount of time there! The only drawback was that it was a bit difficult to navigate, and hard to find at first:(. You are definitely high in the mountains, which gave amazing views. But the winding mtn roads to and from required patience. In all, I would Highly recommend of your looking for a quiet mountain retreat!!!!!

  We arrived in a downpour, settled in waiting for the snowfall with no disappointment Enjoyed watching skiing from balcony. Awaking to almost a foot of snow on Christmas Day. Not needing to be anywhere, enjoying being snowbound Concerns about getting our SUV out in two days were relieved when heard scraping of snowplows in parking lot. Slept sound last night knowing we were going to have no trouble getting home in the am. It was a wonderful Christmas time at the perfect place. (Note: the three flights of stairs were a challenge with my sis who has ra 🥺)

  This place is defintely up int he mountains with an absolutely beautiful view! We saw bears and cubs, and snakes! SO neat!
